Old / Returning Clients

Returning clients using the online booking system only need to select:

No deposit is required to complete your booking.

First-Time Clients

A deposit is required for first-time clients only.

When making your first appointment, a $50 CAD deposit is required at checkout to confirm and hold your reserved time slot.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24+ HOURS IN ADVANCE

Advance Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are free of charge.

Any deposit paid will be fully refunded.

UNDER 24 HOURS / NO-SHOW

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

The deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Future bookings will require full upfront payment.
